AUDITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Video link(s) of 15 to 30 minutes duration
    • Two contrasting works of your choice (two different composers and styles)
    • Individual movements or entire multi-movement works are acceptable
    • Instead of teacher recommendation letters, please provide names and e-mails of two references (current instrumental teacher, chamber music coach, orchestra director etc.).

STUDENT APPLICANTS

    • Submit an online application with the application fee (non-refundable). We will review applications until all spots are filled.

$90 USD

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

    • Students need to make a deposit of $1,000 USD upon their acceptance ($500 for tuition and $500 for room & board) in order to confirm their participation and secure their spot in the festival.
    • A space at the festival is not secured until we receive your deposit.
    • The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of attendance.
    • Payment of the remaining balance is due in full by May 1, 2020.
    • Festival fees are non-refundable except in the case that the festival needs to be cancelled due to the development of the current situation with the Coronavirus. In the event of a student’s withdrawal, refunds are only made in the case of a medical emergency with supporting documentation from a hospital and/or doctor. In the event of festival cancellation due to the development or impact of the current global health situation, all participants will be refunded their deposit and any paid remaining festival fees.
    • In cases where students or parents need to arrange for a payment plan, please contact the festival.

GUESTS & AUDITORS

    • Submit an online registration form by May 1, 2020.

The deposit is non-refundable except in the case that the festival needs to be cancelled due to the development of this year’s situation with the Coronavirus. In the event of a guest’s withdrawal, refunds are only made in the case of a medical emergency with supporting documentation from a hospital and/or doctor. In the event of festival cancellation due to the development or impact of the current global health situation, all participants will be refunded their deposit and any paid remaining festival fees.
    • Payment of the remaining fees is due in full by May 15, 2020.
    • If registering after May 1, 2020, please contact the festival first to check availability.
