Submit an online application with the application fee (non-refundable) by April 15. After this, we will review applications until all spots are filled.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Students need to make a deposit of $1,000 USD upon their acceptance ($500 for tuition and $500 for room & board) in order to confirm their participation and secure their spot in the festival.

A space at the festival is not secured until we receive your deposit.

The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of attendance.

Payment of the remaining balance is due in full by May 1.

The deposit is non-refundable except in the case that the festival needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.  In the event of a student’s withdrawal, refunds are only made in the case of a medical emergency with supporting documentation from a hospital and/or doctor.

In cases where students or parents need to arrange for a payment plan, please contact the festival.

  • Individual movements or entire multi-movement works are acceptable
  • Instead of teacher recommendation letters, please provide names and e-mails of two references (current instrumental teacher, chamber music coach, orchestra director etc.).
